2. Products and prices

We strive to describe and present our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions may differ slightly. Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop, excluding any customs duties and import taxes. We may change our prices and products at any time, without effect on orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of a stock shortage, a pricing error or suspected fraud. You will then be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, using the methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment providers. We do not store your bank card details.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and our returns and refunds policy form part of these terms.

6. Use of pet products

Our products are intended for the comfort of pets. Supervise your pet during first use, prevent it from chewing or swallowing parts of the product, and stop using the product if it is damaged. Our products do not replace a veterinarian's advice: for any question about your pet's health, consult one.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, images, logo) is protected and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. This clause does not limit the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
