How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet lying down, from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, and choose a diameter at least as large. If in doubt, go one size up.
Is the bed washable?
Yes, by machine or by hand, preferably at a low temperature on a delicate cycle. Air-dry it and shake the bed from time to time to restore the plush’s fluffiness.
The bed arrives flat. Is that normal?
Yes: it is vacuum-compressed for shipping. Take it out of its packaging, shake it well and let it regain its shape for a few hours before offering it to your pet.
